Drawn first.
Parametric CAD. Joinery, tolerances, and CAM files all live in the model — so the part on the bed matches the picture in your head.
Thole Design is a one-shop studio. We model in 3D, cut on the CNC router, score on the CO2 laser, and print on the FDM. Furniture, fixtures, signage, and one-off parts — drawn, fabricated, finished, delivered.
Every project starts in CAD and ends in your hands. Concept to delivery — handled in-shop, no farm-out.

4×8 sheet capacity. Plywood, MDF, melamine, plastics. Tight-tolerance dado and finger joints, drilled hardware patterns, profile cuts, and 3D contour passes.
Acrylic, ply, leather, paper, fabric. Vector cuts under a hair's width and raster engraves crisp enough to read under a loupe. Great for signage, gift goods, and fixturing.
Functional parts, jigs, brackets, and small-batch products. Tuned slicer profiles per material — high-infill PETG for load-bearing parts, fine PLA for show-faces, ABS for heat.
Furniture, shop fixtures, custom workstations, kitchen goods, and one-off parts. Most of it lives somewhere it gets used every day.
A rolling work surface designed to nest around a CO2 laser cutter — height matched to the bed, with locking casters so it rolls out of the way when it's not in use. Designed parametrically, cut on the CNC, and finger-jointed for strength.
Same playbook works for retail kiosks, photo carts, AV stations, and signage installation rigs. If it has to roll, register, and not move when you don't want it to — we can build it.
Tell us what it has to do. Send a photo of the space, a rough drawing, a Pinterest pile — whatever you've got.
Parametric CAD. You see exactly what's getting built before a single sheet gets touched.
CNC, laser, or printer — whichever fits. Test fit dry, edge-band, finish, hardware in.
Local pickup and install available. Small parts ship USPS / UPS; furniture-scale builds get crated and freighted.
Process shots, cuts in progress, finished builds, and the occasional first-try mistake. If you want to see what's coming off the bench before it lands here — that's where it goes.
One-off, small batch, prototype, or production run — send the brief and we'll come back with a number, a lead time, and a 3D preview before any chips fly.
